The decision comes at the end of a proceeding initiated by a complaint filed by NOYB, the Austrian NGO co-founded by Maximillian Schrems. Schrems, the honorary chairman of NOYB, made a comment recalling that the European Data Protection Supervisor had already taken a same stance concerning the cookies collected by a US provider.
