Bio
After an initial experience of eight years as an attorney with YDES, Jean-Christophe was then appointed as Head of the Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Economic law of the Europcar Group. After this successful experience, Jean-Christophe re-joined the Digital Economy and Data department of YDES in 2016, as an Of-Counsel and became a partner in 2018.
Jean-Christophe is involved in all the legal issues related to digital economy and in particular, the areas of intellectual property, literary and artistic property rights, I.T. law and networks, e-commerce, technological innovations, contract law, media and advertizement law, protection of privacy and personal data, consumer law, competition and distribution law.
Jean-Christophe represents YDES in the expert international network for personal data protection, PrivacyRules.
