Jihong Chen

Mr. Chen began to practice since 1996 and has provided legal services for a large number of international companies, worked for the legislation on the law and regulations related to intellectual property, telecoms and IT for many times, including the Cyber Security Law, the Regulations on the Protection of the Security of Critical Information Infrastructure (Draft for Comment) and the series of supporting regulations of the CAC, the Regulations on Computer Software Protection, the Electronic Signatures Law the Copyright Law, etc. The Xinhua News Agency and the People’s Daily have made in-depth reports on his research and lawyer practice.
